General Information
COVID Policies: All PA COVID guidelines will be in practice during the event. Masks are optional. Outdoor covered and uncovered seating will be available for dinner.
Minimum age to attend: There is not a minimum age to play or attend but you must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to card anyone we feel is not of age. Although this event is open to everyone it is mainly an adult event and we encourage you to use your own discretion when bringing children.
Parking: South Hills Golf Club provides ample parking and parking is free.
Event Address: South Hills Golf Club - 925 Westminster Ave. Hanover, PA 17331 (Only a 15 min drive from North Carroll Community School)
Golf
Dress Code: Proper golf attire is required at all times. Proper attire includes a golf shirt with collar, golf sweaters, sweatshirts, golf slacks, proper-length shorts, golf shoes, or soft-soled shoes. Proper golf attire DOES NOT INCLUDE denim jeans (blue or black), t-shirts, tank tops, mesh shirts, coaches shorts, swimwear, collarless shirts, sweatpants. Participants will be given the option to rent/purchase proper golf attire. NO GOLFERS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE COURSE NOT DRESSED PROPERLY.
Outside Food & Beverages: Club policy does not allow personal coolers or outside alcoholic beverages to be brought on to or consumed on the property.
On Course Games: Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Long Drive Pro, Pot-O-Gold, Tee it Forwards, Hole-In-One. All Course games are cash or check only, if applicable.
Updating Registration Information: If you are unsure of your foursome you can register and then enter the names of the players at a later date. All names need to be confirmed 1 week prior to the tournament.
Dinner
Food Allergies and Accommodations: We are happy to provide an alternative meal including vegan and vegetarian options BUT you must contact the event coordinator at least 2 weeks prior to the event to make a request.
Tickets: We will accept your printed ticket or a digital copy of your ticket on a mobile device.
Alcohol: Domestic Beer & House Wine are included with the price of your ticket during out Cocktail Hour. Other drink options will be available for purchase following the cocktail hour at Highlands Taps & Tables located adjacent to the event. North Carroll Community School and South Hills Golf Course reserve the right to stop serving anyone who is visibly intoxicated. All guests are subject to an ID check.
Seating: Indoor and outdoor seating is provided. Seating is first come first served unless you are an event sponsor with reserved seating.
